Service Agreement

Effective 26 September 2026

1. Definitions

1.1. Operator — the Konsilito team operating the Service (contact support@konsilito.com).

1.2. Customer (User) — a natural or legal person who accepted this Agreement.

1.3. Service — the Konsilito software product available at konsilito.com and its subdomains.

1.4. Credits — the internal unit of account of the Service used to pay for operations.

1.5. Acceptance — registration in the Service and/or payment for the Service. Acceptance constitutes a binding agreement on the terms below and of the Terms of Service.

2. Subject

2.1. The Operator grants the Customer access to the Service — an autonomous AI agent that performs tasks using third-party models — and the Customer pays for the access and operations at the published prices.

2.2. Scope: text and research tasks, generation of images, video and 3D models, document analysis and generation, code, websites, games, business-analysis recipes and other features listed in the application.

2.3. Services are rendered remotely over the Internet, 24/7 where technically possible. The Operator may perform maintenance and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. Prices are published on konsilito.com and in the application in US dollars: a one-time entry fee, credit packs and per-operation prices. The Operator may change prices; already purchased credits keep their value.

3.2. Payment is made in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. At checkout the Customer receives an invoice with the asset, network, address (or QR code), exact amount and validity period. Network fees are paid by the Customer. Credits are added after the required number of network confirmations. Underpaid or expired invoices are handled by the processor's rules; write to support with the transaction hash if a payment was not credited.

3.3. Credits are consumed per operation. Before an expensive operation (video, 3D, image pack, multi-model council) the price is reserved on the balance and released or refunded if the operation fails on the Operator's side. A refusal for insufficient balance is not a failure and is not refunded.

3.4. Credits are not refundable in fiat or cryptocurrency except where required by applicable law. Bonus and welcome credits expire on the date shown in the application.

4. Rights and obligations

4.1. The Operator: provides access to the Service; keeps records of operations; protects the Customer's data under the Privacy Policy; answers support requests at support@konsilito.com.

4.2. The Customer: uses the Service lawfully and within the Terms of Service; is solely responsible for requests, uploaded files and generated results; checks the results before use; pays the published prices.

4.3. On breach of the acceptable-use rules the Operator may block the account without refund of the balance.

5. Liability

5.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for the content produced by third-party models, for unavailability of providers, payment processors or blockchain networks, or for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the three months before the claim.

6. Term and termination

6.1. The Agreement enters into force on Acceptance and remains in force while the Customer uses the Service. The Customer may stop using the Service at any time and delete the account; the Operator may terminate the Agreement for breach.

7. Final provisions

7.1. Disputes are resolved by negotiation via support@konsilito.com; failing that, in the competent court at the Operator's place of establishment unless mandatory consumer law of the Customer's residence provides otherwise.

7.2. The Operator may amend this Agreement by publishing a new version on this page; the amended version applies to payments made after publication.
