1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the Konsilito service (the "Service") available at konsilito.com, its subdomains and the Konsilito web application (the "Operator", "we"). The Service is operated by the Konsilito team; contact: support@konsilito.com.
1.2. By registering, paying for or otherwise using the Service you (the "User") accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.3. The Service is intended for persons of at least 18 years of age. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2.1. Konsilito is an autonomous AI agent platform: it plans and executes tasks using third-party large language models and media models (text, images, video, 3D, documents, web research, code, websites, games). The Service is an intermediary: it provides the interface, orchestration, verification and delivery of results produced by third-party models.
2.2. We are not the developer of the underlying models and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, novelty or legal significance of generated content. Generated results are provided "as is"; the User is solely responsible for checking them before any use.
2.3. We may change, extend or discontinue features of the Service. Material changes to these Terms are published on this page; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
3.1. The User may use the Service only for lawful purposes and undertakes not to violate the rights of third parties.
3.2. The User is fully and solely responsible for the requests submitted, files uploaded and content generated, stored or distributed through the Service.
3.3. It is prohibited to use the Service (submit requests, upload files, generate, store, publish or distribute materials) for:
3.4. The Service applies automated pre-checks and moderation. Any attempt to obtain prohibited content — successful or not — is a material breach of these Terms. We may refuse to process a request without explanation.
3.5. On breach of Section 3 we may immediately and permanently block the account, delete the generated materials and the account's files, and retain no obligation to refund any paid credits or balance. Where required by law we may report the incident and the related data to the competent authorities.
4.1. One person — one account, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The User keeps the credentials confidential and is responsible for all actions performed under the account.
4.2. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or upon a lawful request of a competent authority.
5.1. Access to Konsilito is paid. The current prices (one-time entry, credit packs, per-operation prices) are published on konsilito.com and in the application. Prices are quoted in US dollars; the amount payable in cryptocurrency is calculated at the exchange rate of the payment processor at the moment of invoicing.
5.2. Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (USDT, TON, BTC, ETH and other assets listed at checkout) through a third-party payment processor. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases. The User is responsible for sending the exact amount to the exact address within the invoice validity period; network fees are borne by the User. Transfers to a wrong network or address cannot be recovered.
5.3. Credits are added to the balance after the required number of network confirmations. Credits are consumed per operation according to the published prices; a hold is placed before an expensive operation and released or refunded to the balance if the operation fails on our side.
5.4. Credits are non-transferable and are not a currency, security or deposit. Unused credits are not refunded in fiat or cryptocurrency, except where refund is required by applicable law. Welcome or bonus credits have an expiry date shown in the application.
5.5. Every operation is metered and logged; the User can see the consumption history in the application.
6.1. The Service, its design, code, models of operation and the Konsilito trade mark belong to the Operator. Copying, modifying or distributing elements of the Service without written consent is prohibited.
6.2. Subject to these Terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers, the User receives all rights to the results generated at the User's request that we are able to grant. We do not claim ownership of the User's prompts, uploaded files or generated results.
7.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data.
7.2. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
7.3. We are not liable for unavailability or errors of third-party model providers, payment processors, blockchain networks or the User's connectivity.
8.1. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9.1. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; write to support@konsilito.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it is submitted to the competent court at the Operator's place of establishment, unless mandatory consumer law of the User's country of residence provides otherwise.
9.2. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
9.3. These Terms are published in English. Translations, if any, are for convenience only; the English text prevails.
