1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how the Konsilito service (konsilito.com and subdomains, the "Service") processes information about its users. Controller contact: support@konsilito.com.
1.2. The Service is hosted in the European Union (Germany). We follow the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): lawfulness, data minimisation, purpose limitation and storage limitation.
1.3. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
2.1. We collect only the data needed to run the Service:

3.1. We do not ask for your legal name, identity documents, postal address or phone number. We do not store bank card data — the Service does not accept cards. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by a third-party processor; we store only the invoice and transaction identifiers needed to credit your balance. We never ask for wallet private keys or seed phrases.
4.1. To fulfil your requests we send the content of your requests and uploaded files to third-party AI model providers (text, image, video and 3D models) via their APIs. These providers process the data under their own terms; we select providers that do not use API data for training where such an option exists. We do not sell personal data.
4.2. Other processors: the hosting provider (EU), object storage for files, the cryptocurrency payment processor, and the e-mail delivery service for notifications.
5.1. Conversations and generated files are stored until you delete them or your account is deleted. Uploaded files and results are available by permanent links tied to your account. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Payment records are kept as long as required for accounting.
5.2. You may delete individual messages, whole dialogues or the account from the application, or ask us at support@konsilito.com.
6.1. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and export your data, to restrict or object to processing and to withdraw consent. Requests are handled within 30 days. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
7.1. The Service uses only technically necessary cookies and local storage (session, theme, language). We do not use third-party advertising trackers on konsilito.com.
8.1. Data is transmitted over TLS, passwords are stored as salted hashes, access to servers is restricted by keys and firewall, and accounts violating the Terms are blocked. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to support@konsilito.com.
9.1. Changes to this Policy are published on this page with a new effective date.
